If you lost your E-crypto Card you will be required to email or fax the required documentation to have your a replacement card mailed to your address. There is a $5.00 fee for us to send you a replacement card in the mail. Instructions are listed below.
When faxing your documents please first open a support ticket. When opening the support ticket please use the "E-crypto card issue" category and let us know your user number. Then when faxing your documents please reference your user number and the support ticket tracking id.
INSTRUCTIONS
After testing several other services, faxing your documents seems to be the most dependable and widely accepted. The number to fax your verification documents to is:

NOTE: This is NOT a fax number for anything other than verification documents. For verification documents, faxing to this number is a free service to our members.
WARNING: If you do use this number for anything other than to send verification documents, you will be assessed a $5 USD per page fee from your account.
Proper Verification documents:
TWO (2) of the below are REQUIRED!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
ONE (1) of the documents you choose MUST be a PHOTO ID!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
Photocopy of any of the below documents:
NOTE: ALL photocopied documents MUST be legible and MUST match the name on your account.
Current Valid Driver's License with photo
Current Valid Passport with photo
Current Valid Military ID with Photo
Current Valid Student ID WITH Photo
Current Valid ID Card WITH Photo (like a regional ID Card)
Any other PHOTO ID that has your name and preferably address on it.
Secondary ID Types:
Recent copy of any Utility bill - address must match what is on the photo ID - or must at least be geographically close.
Electric bill
Telephone bill
Cellphone bill
Water bill
Internet bill
Garbage collection bill
etc...
These are just examples - whatever secondary form of ID you choose, must be legible and must have your name and matching address to what is on your photo ID.
